Dear Miss Clogg:
I am writing to inform you that on or about 2021-11-10 I received a packet of disclosure material from the BC Prosecution Service (BCPS) (also known as the Crown Counsel), relating to their case against me. Included in that packet, however, were a couple of additional pages containing photographs and information pertaining to another, completely unrelated case, identifying you as the victim/complainant and including your contact information.
It would appear the additional pages were added to my disclosure material by VPD Detective KYLE DENT, as he is the Lead Detective on both cases. However, at my trial on 2022-02-23, when I cross-examined Dent on it, he claimed the error was on the part of Detective NANCY YINGLING in the Digital Forensics Unit (DFU) - but that would seem very unlikely since there is nothing digital about the evidence that was erroneously added to my disclosure and, therefore, there is no reason those pages would have been with the DFU. The documents were then forwarded to the BCPS to be "vetted" before being disclosed to me. The material would have been handled and/or processed by multiple parties within the BCPS, but ultimately it would have been the prosecutor assigned to my case, CHRIS JOHNSON, who would have been responsible for deciding what information to remove or redact before forwarding it to me. And somehow not a single person in the VPD or the BCPS noticed the presence of additional pages from a completely unrelated case, containing the identity and contact information of the victim/complainant in that unrelated case.
All of that disclosure material, including the pages which were erroneously released by the BCPS, was subsequently published on the internet.
It has now been over a year since the BCPS provided me your information and it is my understanding that they have made no attempt to inform you of their error, or that your information has been erroneously disclosed by them and published on the internet as a result of that erroneous disclosure. In fact, it seems they have, apparently, made deliberate efforts to try to conceal their misconduct (including "losing" and destroying evidence). It is for that reason I am writing you - to make sure you are aware of the gross ineptitude, negligence and misconduct on the part of the BCPS in handling and protecting your personal information, and their efforts to try to cover it up, thereby potentially putting you at risk.

R. v. Yakup Cetin;
More extreme blunders on the part of the BCPS
Dear Miss Sharma:
I am writing you in this matter because you are now the Attorney General for BC. Please feel free to obtain all the relevant background information and correspondence from Mr. Eby.
You will find, enclosed, a copy of a letter I recently sent to a Stephanie Clogg, who is the victim/complainant in the matter of R. v. Yakup Cetin (BCSC file number 32945). As you can see, the BCPS's excessive and overwhelming ineptitude in their handling of my cases has actually been overflowing into other, much more serious cases. The Cetin case is not the only instance - it's just the only instance I've chosen to bring to your attention.
Good day, Miss Sharma, and the best of luck in your new role as the head of the BCPS.

Dear Miss Brend:
Please find, enclosed, a couple of recent letters describing what I can't help but think would be a good story for CBC News.
The Cetin case alleges something about him criminally harassing Clogg, then allegedly attempting to set fire to her home or something. Then, the VPD mixed some of his disclosure in with mine; and the BCPS provided all of that disclosure (including Miss Clogg's identity and contact information) to me, without first reviewing it. Then all of that disclosure material ended up on the internet (of course). Then, the BCPS failed to inform Clogg of any of that, then they tried to destroy the evidence of their screw up.
