More updates regarding corruption and misconduct in the BCCA
Dear Mr. Eby:
On 2022-11-25, the BCCA ruled in two of my appeals (CA46979, CA47391), regarding the Desiree Capuano website, dismissing both. In the course of entering their Reasons, the BCCA Justices revealed they were engaging in the same corruption and misconduct as the BCPC and the BCSC judges have been engaging in in my cases. This is a fantastic victory for me because now I have proof of corruption and misconduct on the part of the Court of Appeal judges as well, which I can publish. That is, after all, the point of all this, isn't it? Until now, I only had proof of corruption on the parts of the BCPC and BCSC judges but nothing on the BCCA judges (namely because none of my cases had progressed that far yet).
Sometimes it takes a while for my letters to you to make their way through the bureaucracy, and down to the level of the prosecutors and judges who are directly involved in the prosecutions against me, so I shall forward a copy of this letter directly to Mr. Layton as well (since he was the Crown on those appeals).
