Steve Riess - Father of Ricky Riess, Prosecution Witness

Steve Riess has offered, to the BC Prosecution Service (BCPS), to provide a DNA sample to "prove I am his son". However the BCPS has consistently refused to pursue that. When I heard about Riess's offer, I insisted the BCPS accept it. When they refused, I requested Justice Heather Holmes of the BC Supreme Court order them to. She refused. I informed CBSA that Riess was willing to provide a DNA sample to determine whether I am related to him. I insisted they pursue that. They refused. I requested ICE pursue that. They refused.

I'm confused. All those parties are insisting I'm the person who was born Ricky Riess in Sudbury, ON and am, therefore, a Canadian citizen. And so, that person's father offers to provide a DNA sample to prove whether or not I am his son, and they all adamantly refuse to do a simple paternity test? Something very fishy going on there.

So then I contacted Riess directly, myself letter from Fox to Riess, dated 2019-09-08. But the grumpy bastard refuses to deal with me. So he's willing to do a paternity test for the legal authorities, but he's not willing to do a paternity test for me directly. Very, very fishy.

In 2019, Riess was interviewed by the Sudbury Police (on behalf of the BC prosecutor) Sudbury Police interview, 2019-07-02.

In that interview, he looked at a recent mugshot of me and immediately identified me as his son, Ricky Riess TR 2019-07-02 entries 107-110. He then went on to admit he has not seen or heard from his son in over 20 years entries 228-235; he has no pictures of his son and the only pictures he has of me are what he received from Desiree and the news media entries 57-61; entries 314-322; he doesn't know any of the schools his son went to entries 165-166; he's had no significant involvement in his son's life; the only information he has about me, and the only pictures he has of me, is what Desiree has provided him and what's been in the news media. Really? He has no pictures of his son and doesn't know any of the schools his son attended?

Well, that all seems a little suspicious to me. Either he's the worst father that ever existed or he's full of shit.

But why would Steve Riess lie and say I'm his son?

I can only speculate that in his mind I "stole" his son's identity, then trashed his son's reputation. So he dislikes me very much (that much is obvious from the video of his interview). And knowing that I'm American and want to return to Los Angeles, he's trying to make it harder for me to be able to leave Canada. By telling the Canadian authorities that I'm his son, he's creating uncertainty which will prolong my stay in this first ring of Hell.

Or it could just be that being a miserable person, he wants to impose misery on everyone else and being trapped in Canada is definitely one way to make a person miserable. All misery and mediocrity in the universe flows from Canada ... little known fact.
