Tyler Hawkins - Police Constable, Burnaby RCMP

Tyler Hawkins participated in my arrest in 244069-5-BC, and he testified at that trial.

During his investigation, Hawkins promptly made requests to US CBP for any video footage they may have of me at the Peace Arch port of entry, from 2019-03-15. He neglected, however, to request any video footage from CBSA, from the Douglas port of entry. It was not until a week after CBSA policy required the video footage to be destroyed, that Hawkins submitted the formal request for it. This resulted in critical evidence which would have irrefutably proven my innocence being destroyed by CBSA.
