Nancy Yingling - Detective, Vancouver Police Department

Nancy Yingling was the Vancouver Police Department's Digital Forensics Unit Detective who extracted the data from my electronics devices in 244069-6-B, 244069-8-B, and 244069-10-B. I had requested her testimony at the trials in 244069-8-B but the prosecutor claimed she was not available, so it would have delayed the trial; and 244069-10-B but the prosecutor refused to call her and the judge (Jennifer Oulton) refused to subpoena her.

Yingling has been in the news media for being caught making false statements in her sworn declarations in support of search warrants Police who lie: Judge said officer "intentionally misled the Justice of the Peace". Yet Yingling also received the Police Exemplary Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada, showing that, indeed, Canada does reward and advance corruption, lying, and cheating amongst it's justice system participants.
