Ellen Gordon - Provincial Court Judge, Ministry of Justice

Judge Ellen Gordon presided over my bail hearings in 244069-10-BC.

That's the bail hearing where Crown Counsel Adam Flanders admitted the BC Prosecution Service is "playing a game of chicken" with me. When I later pointed out Flanders had openly admitted that, Gordon vehemently denied he had said it - even though it's right there in the transcript, which is right here on this website.

At that bail hearing, Gordon aslo stated I "failed to report to probation", not that I'm accused of failing to report to probation but that I actually failed to report. That statement by Gordon, on the record at the bail hearing, proves exactly what the presumption of innocence means in the BC courts - absolutely nothing!
