David St. Pierre - Provincial Court Judge, Ministry of Justice

Judge David St. Pierre was the judge who presided over the trial and sentencing in 244069-5-BC.

St. Pierre appeared to be fair and objective throughout much of the trial, at times being very critical of the prosecutor Bernie Wolfe and of CBSA for their refusal to cooperate or to allow any of their people to testify. However, once CBSA and Wolfe had finally been caught lying about the non-existence of critical records which would help prove my innocence, his attitude seemed to change against me. I eventually began to realize this is a pattern with the judges - they go out of their way to create an appearance of fairness right up until they read their Reasons for Judgment - and then you realize they've ignored most of what you've said and almost all of the evidence in your favor. But then, that's why I created this website.
