Dear Sir/Miss:
I am writing to request certain information and/or records relating to specific appearances in the matter of BCPC file 244069-7-B. I was the defendant, self-represented, in that matter, and I am now the appellant, self-represented, in the appeal of that matter before the BCCA. My requests herein pertain to critical matters which have arisen in the course of that appeal.
I am not certain of the exact party or department these requests must be addressed to so I am requesting your assistance in determining that and ask that you please forward this accordingly. I would assume the appropriate parties would be whoever is in charge of the in-court Digital Audio Recording System (DARS) and the in-court video conference system used for remote video appearances (from NFPC).
So, I hereby formally and respectfully request the following:
- Any records showing the exact dates and times the video link was established and terminated for each of my video appearances in the matter of 244069-7-B between the dates of 2020-09-16 through 2020-11-26.
- Any records showing the exact dates and times the DARS official recordings started and stopped for each of those appearances.
- Any other audio captured by the DARS and/or the video conferencing system before and after what is contained in the official transcripts of those appearances.
If these requests will require court approval I ask that you please let me know at your earliest possible opportunity so I may request that through the BCCA.

Dear Sir/Miss:
I am writing to writing to follow up on my letter/request dated 2022-11-03. It has been more than six weeks and I have received no response.
In that prior letter I had requested information regarding the precise start and end times of the DARS recordings and of the video conferencing system link for each of my appearances in the referenced matter between the dates of 2020-09-16 and 2020-11-26.
The rquested information is relevant to at least one of my appeals, which is still before the BCCA.
May your please inform me of the status of this request?

[Request for court records (second follow up)]
Dear Sir/Miss:
Further to my letter dated 2022-11-03, requesting specific information regarding the DARS recordings and the video conferencing system connections for certain appearances in the referenced matter, I now formally submit the following related requests for information:
- The exact time the DARS was stopped or ended, for the appearance in the matter which occurred immediately preceding my appearance on 2020-09-24, 2020-10-05 and 2020-10-20.
- The exact time the DARS was started or began, for the appearance in the matter which occurred immediately following my appearance on 2020-09-24, 2020-10-05 and 2020-10-20.
In other words, what I am looking for is the amount of time that elapsed while the DARS was turned off before and after each of my appearances. This information relates to at least one of my outstanding appeals, and to an application under section 696.1 of the CCC.
