[Request for disclosure of Hunchly documentation]
Dear Mr. Poll:
When I cross-examine Miss Meiklejohn I will be questioning her on the Hunchly software which she used in supposedly verifying the desicapuano.com website was publicly accessible on 2022-05-16.
Since I am unrepresented and in custody, I do not have access to any resources to assist me with obtaining research material. For that reason, I request your assistance in obtaining the documentation for the Hunchly software used by the Vancouver Police Department (VPD). This material is required so I can prepare for my cross-examination of Miss Meiklejohn.
The Hunchly documentation is available on the vendor's website which, I believe, is "www.hunch.ly". I will require all of the user and administrator guides/manuals. Either in hard copy or electronic (pdf) format is fine.
In the event you are not willing to obtain and provide this material for me then I ask that you schedule a PTC so we can address the matter with the court.
And please be advised, I've still not received the photocopy of my 2022-08-18 letter which you had agreed to return to me for my records.
Thank you.

Hunchly documentation
Dear Mr. Poll:
Further to the discussion in court, on 2022-11-16, regarding the documentation for the Hunchly software used by the VPD, the simplest method would be for one of your IT/computer people to use HTTRACK on the support/documentation section of the Hunchly website to download a copy of the entire support section of the website into a local directory, then copy that directory to the D:\ directory of the disclosure laptop. I know the BCPS is able to do this because they've done it in one of my prior cases.
If HTTRACK is used on the URL "http://support.hunch.ly/" that should download the entire support section, including all of the documentation.
Your IT/computer person should understand what all of this means.
