cross-examination of Chris Johnson [Patrick Fox; David Layton (BCPS)]

Dear Mr. Layton:

In the event my application to cross-examine Johnson regarding his affidavit is approved, I will be seeking to impeach him based on his proven history of lying to the court in my proceedings. In particular, I intend to confront him regarding his insistent claim to the court on 2021-10-14 that just moments ago he personally verified that the files provided to me on the disclosure hard drive are not encrypted; and regarding his insistent claim to the court at my section 525 hearing in 2021-12 that during their interrogation of me on 2021-08-17 Detectives Tanino and Roberts offered to let me access my email in their presence in order to show them the email I sent to editor@desicapuano.com on 2021-08-13.

In order to confront Johnson with those prior lies to the court, I respectfully request your (and/or the BCPS's) assistance in obtaining the transcripts of those two appearances. If the BCPS is not willing to order those two very short transcripts, then I request you please schedule a short CMC so I can ask the court if it is willing to assist me in this respect.
