Request for Disclosure [Patrick Fox; BC Prosecution Service]

Dear Sir/Miss:

I hereby formally request all disclosure material related to the above referenced file.

In addition, I request you please inform me of the witnesses you intend to call at trial.

I have still not been arraigned or had a bail hearing even though I have ben in custody on this matter for two weeks now. I request you schedule an appearance as soon as possible so we can have the arraignment and set the trial date.

At the trial, I will be seeking to cross-examine the following witnesses, in addition to whatever witnesses you will be calling:

• VPD Detective McElroy, who conducted the interrogation of me on 2022-05-16;
• whoever the lead investigator is on the case;
• during the interrogation, McElroy mentioned that someone from the BCPS had been monitoring the website while I was out of custody - obviously, that person has relevant evidence and I will want to cross-examine them;
• during the interrogation, McElroy referenced a VPD analyst who had been monitoring the website - I will want to cross-examine them.

And finally, may you please inform me of the name and contact information of the prosecutor assigned to this case?
