Dear Mr. Johnson:

I recently received the hard drive containing some of the disclosure material. I am still waiting to receive a laptop from the jail so I am not yet able to access the contents of the drive.

I was, however, able to use another laptop very briefly just to quickly verify the drive was accessible and contained pertinent content.

I immediately notices the audio and video of my 2021-08-17 VPD interrogation is not present. May you please provide that as soon as possible as the trial is only 3 weeks away?

In addition, if you will be calling Det. Dent then I will need the recording and transcript of his interrogation of me from 2020-09-17, and the transcript of his testimony from the previous trial – to prove inconsistencies and question his credibility.

If you will be calling Det. Fontana then I will need the recordings of my interrogation by her and the transcript of that and of her testimony from the 2020-08-19 trial – again, inconsistent statements, credibility, and all that.
