More recent communication with David Eby regarding lying judges and transcripts [Patrick Fox; Eric Rankin (CBC News)]

It still fascinates me that CBC has no interest in the fact that CBSA's and IRCC's own records confirm that I was born in the US and was never issued any kind of status or citizenship in Canada, yet they still repeatedly allowed the US DHS to deport me here. Then, after I was convicted of criminal harassment (a deportable offense) CBSA refused to remove me (even when I demanded the do), or to even ask me to leave. And CBSA even went so far as to destroy critical evidence (they openly admit it) and conspired with Crown Counsel (Bernie Wolfe) to lie to the court about the existence of official records, AND have one of their officers commit perjury on the witness stand – all to try to cover up the fact that they colluded with US DHS to knowingly allow a non-citizen to be deported here.

CBSA relies on the unproven statements of Ricky Riess's family – most of whom have a strong dislike of me, being that I supposedly “stole the identity” of their dead son/brother – to support their claims that I am the person who was born Ricky Riess in Sudbury, ON and am, therefore, a Canadian citizen while refusing to acknowledge the DNA, fingerprint, and mugshot evidence that fairly definitively proves I am NOT the person who was born Ricky Riess in Sudbury, ON and arrested by the Toronto Police in 1992 (hence the mugshot and fingerprints of Ricky Riess). By the way, I obtained the mugshot and fingerprints of the 1992 Toronto Police arrest of Ricky Riess from DHS who received it from the Toronto Police in May 2008 – which proves DHS knew I was not Ricky Riess from Canada long before they deported me as Ricky Riess in 2013.

So you'll put the time and effort into reporting that I was arrested and sentenced for breaching a probation condition, but NONE of this outrageous corruption and misconduct is newsworthy? Fascinating!
