Dear Mr. Rankin:
Please find enclosed, a copy of a letter I recently sent to David Eby regarding the BCPS's ongoing efforts to try to cover up their misconduct in my cases.
It certainly seems to me that things like police reports, Crown disclosure, and ALL records of ALL court proceedings should be completely available to the public for review and scrutiny. Wouldn't you agree? I mean, how else is the public supposed to become aware of, and stamp out, corruption and injustice in the justice system?
Interestingly, CBC – a governmental entity – is also sternly refusing to disclose or make public the records and information relating to their coverage of me over the past five years (you know, the full, unedited interview footage, the names and statements of the “experts” they DIDN'T include in their coverage, etc.). It's surprising how much of that letter to Eby also applies to CBC.
Good day, Mr. Rankin.
Patrick Fox
