Proof of further BCPS corruption and misconduct; Crown Counsel Bernie Wolfe [Patrick Fox; David Eby]

Dear Mr. Eby:

Further to my previous letter dated 2020-03-13, regarding the BCPS's refusal to prosecute me for criminal harassment related to a website I created (www.desicapuano.com), I would now like to bring to your attention another, more recent prosecution against me. Please see the copy of the enclosed document – don't worry, the document and all of the claims made therein are already public, so there are no privacy or privilege concerns.

I can now prove Crown Counsel, Bernie Wolfe, has know about CBSA Officer Polisak and her entries in my GCMS record all along – even while he was insisting in court (at numerous hearings over five months) that there is absolutely no record of me presenting myself to CBSA on 2019-03-15. In other words, while Wolfe was arguing in court that I was making it all up, that there is absolutely no record of me presenting myself to CBSA, he knew, all along, that there WAS an official record of my interaction with CBSA, that I was telling the truth, and that I was innocent of the charges that I have now been in jail for over a year on. Charges which carry a maximum penalty of 18 months – which I have now exceeded.

Given that I published all of the proof of the egregious misconduct on that part of the BCPS (specifically, Crown Counsel Mark Myhre) at my 2017 criminal harassment trial, I am amazed that Bernie Wolfe has so flagrantly engaged in, essentially, the same types of misconduct in this current case! Colluding with CBSA to destroy critical video evidence; colluding with the RCMP to conceal the existence of exculpatory evidence which they were legally required to inform the defense of the existence of; lying to the defense and the court, for five months, about the existence of official CBSA records which tended to prove my innocence; and of course, offering perjurious testimony (from the RCMP and my probation officer).

As for what I hope to accomplish with this letter: absolutely nothing. The purpose, just as with the previous letters, is only so that when I publish the reports/story later, I can truthfully state you were aware of the corruption and misconduct going on within the BCPS and you did nothing about it. And, obviously, I'm going to publish everything from all of the current cases just as I did with the 2016/2017 criminal harassment case.
