Denial of social assistance report
Dear Miss Brend:
As I'd stated previously, I've scanned the denial report I've received from the Ministry of Social Development and I've attached it here. I've highlighted the most interesting parts, namely:
- on the first page, where they say they've communicated with IRCC and based on the information provided (i.e. the names "Patrick Fox" and "Richard Riess"; date of birth 1973-11-24; UCI number 6002-8504; they have found no indication I am a Canadian citizen. So, even though, there was a person named Ricky Riess, born in Sudbury, Ontario, on 1973-11-24, and I used to use that name/identity, they clearly acknowledge I'm not him.
- on the first page, the Ministry states, in no uncertain terms "You are not a Canadian citizen". I don't know how it can be any more unequivocal than that.
Since Myhre is now backing out of requesting a DNA sample from Steve Riess, in order to determine whether or not he is my father, perhaps you guys might want to. Unfortunately, Mr. Riess has not been receptive to any of MY requests for that - which is strange since he, apparently, offered to provide it to the Crown.
As always, thanks for your time and for always being so thorough and objective in your reporting (I'm being sarcastic about that last part).
Patrick Fox
