Additional Ineffective assistance claims [Patrick Fox; Keith Fraser (PostMedia)]

Dear Mr. Fraser:

⁣​I am forwarding you a list of some of the additional claims of Ineffective assistance I may raise against Lagemaat in my appeal.  However, since I cannot implicate Myhre with solid proof he and Lagemaat colluded on these issues I might not bother.  Nevertheless, it is my belief that Lagemaat cannot be so overwhelmingly incompetent that he simply didn't think of these issues - I am firmly convinced he was acting deliberately to aid the Crown.

Either way, even if I don't raise these issues on appeal, I'm still going to publish them on the website I'm going to create about all of this.

There are still many more issues, but since I'm in a homeless shelter, typing this on my tablet using Google Docs, and all my legal material is at a storage unit I rented, then I'm moving along slowly.  One of my laptops should arrive by FedEx later this week - then I won't have so many typos and I can format the documents properly.
