Just thought !'d give you a head's up on this file here ... Patrick Henry FOX is currently in custody in Tacoma Washington as he illegally jumped the border, and I was notified by US officials and CBSA that they did not want to release him until we seek a Sec 117 to seize his firearms and license.
I just executed the warrant today, however was advised by the new tenants he left in a hurry and moved out on May 27, 2016 (the day he was arrested by US officials). FOX currently now has 4 outstanding restricted firearms which are unaccounted for.
If you require any additional info, please advise.

Thanks again for speaking to me and updating me on Mr. Patrick Fox. I have attached the affidavit request form for you per our telephone conversation. Mr. Fox's Firearms Licence has been placed Under Review. I would like to see if the Firearms Licence can be returned to my office as it appears that it has been seized. I will also request disclosure from Cpl Nancy Manning.
Please keep me updated. I will attempt to have his firearms licence revoked; however, it does not resolve for the fact that we cannot locate his firearms which should be stored at his place of residence which still presents a public safety concern. Even if his licence is revoked, I believe a Firearms and Weapons Prohibition would be more powerful.

Thanks for the info. I have requested the Firearms License be seized from Mr FOX when he returns to Canada however I don't think it has been done yet.
I will be working on a weapons prohibition today. Thanks for your help on this file!
