Additional supporting documentation [Patrick Fox; Natalie Clancy (CBC News)]
Good evening, Miss Clancy.
I am forwarding some additional supporting documentation which I believe may be helpful in your investigation of the matters between Desiree Capuano and myself.
phoenix_pd_report-2014-04.pdf: Phoenix Police Dept report for the charge of harassment she filed against me in 2014.
rcmp_report-2015-06-30.pdf: RCMP report of her claiming I was refusing to allow Gabriel to speak with her while he was here, and that she had no idea where Gabriel was. A couple of constables when by my apartment and everything was fine. The entire time Gabriel was here Desiree did not call or email him once. The report was closed as "unsubstantiated".
rcmp_report-2015-07-21.pdf: RCMP report of Desiree's charge of criminal harassment. Her allegations in this report are the same one's she's expressed to you. However, the notice at the end of Constable Dupont's narrative, on page 7: He clearly states "There is no criminal offence being committed". Constable Dupont was one of the officers who participated in the arrest and interview, and also the one which served Desiree's order of protection on me.
I have also submitted a public records request to the Sahuarita, AZ Police Dept, and they called me last weekend to tell me they didn't find any hits with my name, but they found one for "Desiree Capuano". They are sending me that report but it will not likely arrive before your deadline.
Thanks again for your assistance and understanding.
Sincerely,
Patrick Fox

Good evening, Miss Clancy.
I though I should let you know I posted a sworn declaration which Desiree had filed in the family court back in 2011, wherein she admits that she was in contact with me during the time she is now claiming I was hiding our son from her. I think this is kind of significant because that allegation is pretty extreme. She also admits, in the declaration, that she visited me while I was in federal custody, yet made absolutely no attempt to follow up on finding or even inquiring about our son after the visit, which kind of goes to show how much interest she really had in finding him.
