Mr. Johnson, I heard that you're under the weather a bit?
Johnson:
Yes, Your Honour. Chris Johnson appearing on the Fox matter.
Judge:
Okay. And there are no lockdowns at North Fraser. I think they're going to priority the bail probably over sentence matters.
Johnson:
Right. And I think today we're just on the list to fix a date for sentencing, so I'm asking Your Honour to consider having Mr. Fox JP adjourned --
Judge:
Sure.
Johnson:
-- and I know that Your Honour's available on February 2nd, 3rd or 4th as am I. So, I'm in Your Honour's hands as to which of those dates --
Judge:
I assume he didn't cooperate with the psychiatrist.
Johnson:
I'm making that assumption, but I haven't had an opportunity to follow up.
Judge:
Yes. I spoke to him on the phone and he did a search and there's no report, so I just want to get this thing done.
Johnson:
Yes.
Judge:
Let's go to the 2nd. JP adjourned Mr. Fox to a video link appearance February 2nd, 2021, at 9:30, in -- why don't we just put it into 101 sharp for 9:30 and see what happens?
Johnson:
